We were fortunate to obtain a lease for a two bedroom ground floor unit, newly refurbished, in garden surrounds & offering a welcome break from the maintenance of our previous Newport house & garden.

Our introduction to retirement living has been a pleasant adventure as the Village is located on public transport, a short walk to the shops & Mona Vale beach. Comfortable lounges, library, indoor pool & well appointed dining room enhance the relaxed atmosphere.

The Village also provides residents with an Events Calendar each month, detailing the many indoor activities available each day. A range of personal care is available if needed, rounded off by the friendly caring attitude of Management & staff alike.

I have been a resident of Seabeach Gardens for the past two years. During my research I had a particular criteria that had to be met, and when I came across Seabeach Gardens it ticked all my boxes. With the beach and shops within easy walking distance and transport at my door the location is superb. My beautiful bright unit is a delight to be in, with cooling sea breezes in summer and Sundrenched winters.

The staff here are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. As I still work part time, it is nice to be able to order an evening meal cooked by our resident Chef and delivered to my door. The food is always fresh and nutritious.

For a fantastic lifestyle do yourself a favour and look in to Seabeach Gardens, you will never regret it.

I enjoy the independence and security at Baldwin Living Seabeach. I can go away overnight for several days or weeks confidently knowing all will still be well when I return. I enjoy the activities I am interested and there are many to choose from. I enjoy the meals which are interesting nutritious and tasty! But most of all I enjoy the staff. They are all a most caring considerate group of people.

I love living at Baldwin Living Seabeach Gardens because I am surrounded by green spaces, well-tended gardens. Your choice of a private retreat meeting with like-minded residents. I am within minutes of shops, banks, cafes and library. Good regular public transport with a bus stop minutes away. Comfortable walking distance to a beautiful beach and ocean pool. Management are caring, compassionate and extremely efficient.

Eight years ago I moved into Seabeach Gardens and never regretted it. Not only are the staff highly professional in carrying out their duties, but they genuinely care for the residents. Their smiling greetings and immediate response to any request is important creating a happy village. From taking a residents dog for a walk to arranging special functions, their sole aim seems to be the happiness and good health of residents. Aimee and her staff are unique in their attitude to attracting a kind group of people to work here. Both in sickness and good health we know how lucky we are to live in Seabeach Gardens.

Baldwin Living Seabeach look after all our needs from cleaning to personal care, to help with shopping and washing; help is always available when we need it. The staff are professional and caring. If we don’t want to cook a meal, then meals are available in the elegant village dining room – an added bonus. One of the best moves we have ever made was to come to Seabeach Gardens 14 years ago.
