Paul Cutler joins Seabeach Gardens in the Role of Village Manager/Sales Manager.
Paul is a highly skilled and well experienced Hospitality business professional. Paul has over 30 years Hospitality experience, primarily in Resorts or Mixed-Residence Hotels, starting in Sales and Marketing through to Operations and Management. He draws on experience, both locally and overseas, from working with companies like Accor, Minor Hotels (Oaks) and Outrigger Resorts.
Responsible for the overall operations of the Village, Paul brings a developed operational skill focusing on guest experiences, service delivery and staff engagement.
